According to different sludge conditions and operating requirements, the TR Series can be configured into the CD Cabinet Drying System, MBD Mesh Belt Drying System, and EC Evaporation Concentration System. All three systems are built around the TR Series as the core, providing different application directions for sludge dryer system planning.
CD Cabinet Drying System: Suitable for batch drying and more flexible operating requirements.
MBD Mesh Belt Drying System: Suitable for continuous feeding and higher-moisture sludge drying applications.
EC Evaporation Concentration System: Suitable for wastewater concentration and downstream volume reduction requirements.

The MBD mesh belt drying system utilizes multi-layer mesh conveyor structures with circulating hot air to provide continuous and uniform sludge drying performance. Designed to operate in combination with the TR Series heat pump unit, it is suitable for continuous sludge drying applications requiring higher treatment capacity and improved volume reduction efficiency.
Evaporation Concentration System
EC – Evaporation Concentration System
The EC evaporation concentration system utilizes low-temperature heat pump drying technology with a closed-loop condensation process to reduce wastewater volume through efficient moisture removal. Designed to operate in combination with the TR Series heat pump unit, it is suitable for industrial wastewater concentration applications requiring stable performance and reduced disposal volume.
