FD Series
Floating Debris Collector
The FD Series is designed to collect floating debris, scum, and surface solids from wastewater treatment systems, improving overall treatment efficiency and maintaining stable surface conditions in treatment tanks. By continuously removing floating materials, the system helps prevent accumulation that may affect downstream processes.
With its compact structure and simple operation, the FD Series can be easily integrated into various industrial and wastewater treatment applications to enhance pre-treatment performance and operational reliability.
1. The system operates by means of a water pump, creating effective flow guidance within the collection unit to actively draw floating debris, scum, and oil films from the water surface into the container for centralized collection. It is suitable for ports, harbors, waterways, and various aquatic environments.
2. The inner bucket features a buoyancy-balanced design that allows it to move vertically with water level fluctuations, maintaining the collection opening at an appropriate height within normal water level variations and ensuring stable debris collection efficiency.
3. The outer bucket provides structural support and flow guidance, while the inner bucket is responsible for debris collection and storage. The separated inner and outer bucket design helps reduce the impact of pump operation and water level changes on inner bucket movement, enhancing overall operational stability.
4. The system operates using a pump start-stop control mode. During pump operation, a flow-guiding effect is generated to direct floating debris toward the collection opening. The operating cycle can be adjusted according to actual requirements to balance collection efficiency and energy consumption.
5. The inner bucket can be equipped with a replaceable filter bag. The filter bag features a quick-release design, allowing for fast and convenient removal of collected debris and reducing maintenance time, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
6. The main structure is available in either full plastic or full stainless steel configurations, allowing selection based on environmental conditions and application requirements.
7. Equipment dimensions, buoyancy configuration, pump capacity, filter bag volume, and mounting methods can be customized according to site conditions and treatment requirements to meet the needs of various application scenarios.
