The CD system is suitable for batch drying and more flexible operation, while the MBD system is suitable for continuous feeding and higher-moisture sludge drying applications. When upstream sludge is treated by a Multi-disc Screw Press, the front-end extrusion unit of the MBD system can further reduce moisture content and reshape the sludge for improved drying performance. Evaporation Concentration System
EC – Evaporation Concentration System
The EC evaporation concentration system utilizes low-temperature heat pump drying technology with a closed-loop condensation process to reduce wastewater volume through efficient moisture removal. Designed to operate in combination with the TR Series heat pump unit, it is suitable for industrial wastewater concentration applications requiring stable performance and reduced disposal volume.
