Sludge Scraper
The SD Series is designed for the efficient collection and removal of settled sludge and surface scum in sedimentation and thickening tanks. With a stable central drive structure and slow, uniform rotation, the system ensures reliable sludge conveying performance and maintains stable clarification conditions.
The SD Series can be easily integrated into various wastewater treatment systems, improving sludge removal efficiency and supporting stable operation of downstream treatment processes.
1. Mixing, gelling, sedimentation, mud discharge, etc. in one tank.
2. With torque limiter, the dial surface shows the torque in operation, and the safety device automatically cuts off the scraper operation in overload torque.
3. Suitable for round sedimentation tank/concentration tank, using central drive scraper to scrape off the sedimented sludge and surface scum at a slow and uniform speed.
4.Designed with a stable central drive structure to ensure smooth and reliable operation, reducing mechanical wear and extending equipment service life.
