IDE-S is a screw press sludge dewatering machine that applies gravity thickening and screw extrusion dewatering principles. It is suitable for both organic and inorganic sludge treatment. Operating at a low rotational speed for continuous dewatering, it offers low energy consumption, relatively low operating noise, low vibration, and low wash water demand, making it suitable for long-hour stable sludge dewatering applications.
1. Low water content: continuous high compression rate presses the sludge cake, so that the water content is reduced to a minimum.
2. Small amount of cleaning water, very low demand of cleaning water in operation, only 0.2~1.5 tons per day.
3. Extremely energy-saving, low speed about 0.5~2rpm, low power consumption, the most economical electricity consumption.
4. Low noise vibration, fully enclosed design outside the house to prevent odor overflow.
5. Extremely simple: simple structure, low rotating speed, high mechanical benefit of spare parts, low failure rate.
