Oil & Grease Interceptor
The OG Series is designed to remove oil, grease, and floating contaminants from wastewater through gravity separation, improving influent quality for downstream treatment processes. By effectively separating surface oils, the system helps reduce loading on subsequent treatment units and enhances overall system performance.
With its simple structure and reliable operation, the OG Series can be easily integrated into various industrial and wastewater treatment systems to ensure stable and efficient pre-treatment performance.
1. The equipment features a robust and durable structure. The tank is fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel plates, offering excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength, suitable for long-term continuous operation in industrial and municipal oil–water separation applications.
2. By utilizing the gravity separation principle, oil naturally rises to the surface while water settles downward, effectively separating free oil and reducing the load on downstream treatment systems.
3. The internal flow-channel design ensures stable hydraulics, minimizing turbulence and preventing oil droplet breakage, thereby improving oil coalescence and recovery efficiency.
4. The system can be equipped with an oil collection chamber and skimming devices to automatically recover floating oil, reducing manual cleaning frequency and improving operational convenience.
5. With a simple structure and easy maintenance, the system operates at low cost, reduces failure rates, and extends service life.
6. A high degree of customization is available to meet different treatment capacities, oil characteristics, and site space requirements.
7. An optional electric heating rod system can be installed to enhance oil fluidity under low-temperature or high-viscosity conditions, reducing oil viscosity to improve separation efficiency and prevent solidification that may affect operational stability.
