Dissolved Air Flotation
Combining dissolved air flotation with inclined plate sedimentation, the DAF Series is designed to remove oils, grease, and suspended solids from wastewater efficiently. The inclined plate module increases settling area without enlarging the footprint, making it highly space-efficient and easy to integrate into existing systems.
1.Equipped with an internal scraping mechanism that increases effective contact surface area based on process conditions, improving coagulation performance and enabling removal of over 90% of colloidal substances while effectively reducing COD, BOD, and SS.
2.Designed with a dissolved air pump system and optimized air-saturated water distribution structure to generate fine and uniform microbubbles, ensuring stable flotation performance and high separation efficiency.
3.Variable-speed sludge scraping equipment allows adjustment of sludge removal capacity according to operational requirements. The high-efficiency separation structure effectively reduces installation footprint.
4.Designed with an integrated inclined plate separation structure to enhance flotation efficiency and improve overall treatment performance while maintaining a compact equipment layout.
